At The Arbor, we have taken beautiful mountain farm land and converted it into unique single family homesites featuring; a private clubhouse, pool, tennis courts, cart paths, walking trails, and two ponds.

Our project was designed with the end user in mind. The majority of homesites have long range views with a high percentage of southern exposure.

We have several lots adjoining the National Forest as well as a private common access point for residents only. Our lot sizes range from 1 acre up to over 3 acres and prices ranging from the 80's to 140's. Power, telephone, and water service have been installed on each lot.
